Our First Sales!
So, we’ve done it. We’ve sold our first items and I couldn’t be happier with the result.
Having listed 5 items, only 2 sold - the old PSP and the Yu-Gi-Oh PS1 game - netting us £42.32, the other items have been relisted.
It’s not a lot, but It’s a great start to the project.
Next up, we’re going to list multiple sets of unworn Kids Ugg Boots (don’t ask 😂). I think they should net in the region of £100-150.
After that I’ve lined up our first ‘project’ item - an old 1900’s kitchen larder unit. It’s going to need a bit of work, but should net around £300-400 once complete.
Of course, the proceeds we’ve already made are already in my daughters Zashi Wallet.
You may notice that since the first post we’ve increased our $ZEC position by more than the £42.32 that we made in sales.
This part, quite honestly, has blown my daughter and me away. The other amounts have come from the Zcash community, festooned with messages of well wishes and positive vibes.
I’ve been in crypto since 2016 and I’ve never seen such a welcoming, warm bunch of people as the Zcash community. Truly humbling, so I’d like to thank you all!
